Schema conventions
- Node labels follow Biolink-aligned product catalog entries.
- Every node should expose
kg_id; prefer projecting named properties in queries. - Edge types are uppercase relationship names (for example
MENTIONS).
Provenance
Pipeline jobs record source datasets and build metadata. GraphRAG answers are designed to carry entity lineage so downstream consumers can audit which graph nodes supported a response.
